Exercise card statuses
An incomplete exercise is marked with ⚠️.
A completed exercise without progress is marked with 🔁.
A completed exercise with progress is marked with ✅.
Progress is recorded when the exercise is completed, the best set produces a higher 1RM than the current value, and every other completed set reaches at least 80% of the current 1RM.
Filling in set fields
Reps are required; Weight is also required for weighted exercises.
Cheat reps are optional. Three cheat reps count as one clean rep and can help complete the target.
DS (drop set) records additional volume within a set:
at least 70% of the clean reps → 1.5 sets
at least 120% of the clean reps → 2 sets
“OK” button
fills all sets automatically. Use it when the exercise was completed exactly as prescribed.
“Clear” button
resets every set field to 0, as though no data had been entered.
Local draft
When unsuitable local data appears in the workout, select . The local draft will be removed and the latest plan will be loaded from the server.
